Cilacap – Collaborating with the Tritih Wetan Village government and PT. PLN Cilacap Branch, on Thursday, July 4, 2024, the Baking and Marketing team of PT. Manunggal Perkasa held a Baking Demo event. With the theme “Empowerment Training and Education for Women: Bread Making Training”, the event was attended by more than 40 participants consisting of culinary entrepreneurs/artisans. During the opening speech, Acting Head of Tritih Wetan Village, Syihab Alfaritsi, S.Sos, M.AP, warmly welcomed the event and encouraged all participants to make the most of this rare opportunity. It was hoped that after attending this event, both existing and future culinary ventures would run smoothly.
In this interactive Baking Demo, participants were divided into 4 groups: Kantil, Melati, Soka, and Dahlia. Each group was accompanied by a chef from the PT. Manunggal Perkasa baking team. The recipes practiced included Milk Bun, Chicken Noodle, and Flos Roll. Although there was no competition, all groups were enthusiastic and aimed to give their best. After a lengthy process, all recipes were successfully executed. Mr. Hariyatno, the CS Baking Manager, led the jury panel consisting of Siyam Suseno from the CS Baking Department, Pujianto from the Marketing Department, and Ms. Eni Kuswati, S.Pd, M.Pd, a small and medium enterprises (UMKM) activist and culinary entrepreneur from Cilacap. The final evaluation by the jury panel decided that the Kantil group was chosen as the first-place winner, followed by the Dahlia group in second place.
