
Cilacap, Dahlia News – In an effort to introduce PT Manunggal Perkasa’s wheat flour products in the Kebumen, Kutoarjo, Purworejo region and surrounding areas, especially to SMEs or culinary business actors, a Baking Training for SMEs was held at the Baking Training Centre of PT Manunggal Perkasa Cilacap. The participants of this activity were SMEs in the culinary sector using wheat flour as the main ingredient, such as sweet bread, cake, sponge cake, dumpling & dim sum skin, noodles, and others. It is hoped that with this activity, collaboration and synergy will be established between SMEs as consumers and PT Manunggal Perkasa as the producer for now and in the future. ‘This activity is very positive. Besides getting to know PT Manunggal Perkasa’s factory, we also gain more knowledge because in this activity, we are taught new recipes that, God willing, we will try in our business, so we can progress further. In addition, through this activity, they can also share experiences related to the joys and sorrows of running a business. The Baking Training activity is regularly held at PT Manunggal Perkasa Cilacap and can be attended by SMEs who are currently using PT Manunggal Perkasa’s wheat flour products as well as those who are new to using them.
