KEMBANG GOYANG

INGREDIENTS:

MELATI Flour 250 g
Sago Flour 100 g
Granulated Sugar 100 g
Egg 1 pieces
Coconut Milk 200 ml
Water 200 ml
Salt 1/4 tsb
Vanilla as needed
Cooking Oil (for frying) as needed

HOW to MAKE:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined, then strain the batter to ensure smooth consistency.
  2. Heat the cooking oil. Dip the kembang goyang mold into the batter, then immediately dip it into the hot oil. Let it sit for a moment, then gently shake the mold until the batter releases and floats.
  3. Continue frying until golden brown.
  4. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  5. Kembang goyang is ready to be served.

Yields approximately 750 grams.
