HOW to MAKE:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined, then strain the batter to ensure smooth consistency.
- Heat the cooking oil. Dip the kembang goyang mold into the batter, then immediately dip it into the hot oil. Let it sit for a moment, then gently shake the mold until the batter releases and floats.
- Continue frying until golden brown.
- Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- Kembang goyang is ready to be served.
