
Ingredients :

How to Make:
- Beat the golden butter, margarine, egg yolks, and egg white until well combined.
- Add the milk powder and DAHLIA flour mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Take the cookie dough and roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm.
- Place the bake-stable chocolate on top of the dough, then cut according to the size and shape of the chocolate pieces.
- Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
Yield: ± 50 pieces.
