How to make:
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Roll it out to about 1 mm thickness.
Cut into noodle shapes, about ½ cm wide.
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water and place in a bowl.
Add the toppings.
Serve.
